I paid for parking prior to pulling into the garage but I couldnt use my room key to enter and exit. This is big inconvenience. Trash bag not properly installed in containers

It was horrible , Ill never go back there !
I didnt like anything about this hotel because I didnt get the opportunity to stay. I booked through booking.com and then was told when I arrived that it was a glitch and my reservation could not be honored and I would have to pay a higher rate to stay at the hotel. Booking.com said they would relocate me and never did anything so I was stranded in Atlanta.
The staff was extremely rude and didnt try to help or accommodate at all when obviously I had a reservation. They did not want to honor it because I paid such a low amount to stay there but how is that my fault when I paid the amount that was listed online? Obviously someone wasnt doing their job correctly and decided to take it out on me!

Overall a great place to stay.
Great location. Close to GT event. Plenty of places to walk to for eating/drinking. Breakfast buffet at the center was also good.
would have liked breakfast to be included for the price of the reservation

Best place to stay if attending Georgia Tech event
We stayed here to attend my son's graduation from Georgia Tech. The hotel was walking distance from the ceremonies, and the parking garage was convenient with in-out privileges.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel.

Great stay when visiting Georgia Tech
Really well placed in midtown Atlanta, close to the Georgia Tech campus. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was excellent, I requested a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfectly adapted to my needs. The staff were very helpful.
