A lovelly stay in a beautiful resort , additionally a great team of people there doing there best to make you so welcome

The villa was very spacious, with large garden and sea views. The resturants served excellent food with very good service. Honestly all the staff were so friendly, it was a joy.

Everything was so perfect. Thanks for making our stay memorable. And the best part was the private pool and the private beach at Ile aux Cerfs.

everything was perfect. The food was so good that we slept straight after dinner. We were lucky not to have rain pouring on that day so the stay was marvelous.

A Memorable Stay

First, I would like to thank the extraordinary staff that was very welcoming, and the treat it us with soft drinks to welcome us, and they promoted our room when they knew we were on our honeymoon. The activities were great, and the flexibility to book was something we loved.

One thing that I did not like, which was a fisher-man doing his job in front of our beach-view room, and he was really close that we could not feel comfortable, and when we informed the resort, they did not do anything and he still there for hours and hours.

Definitely coming back.

Pros: 1) The view. 2) The quietness of area. 3) The private pool although it is only 1.3 meter and around 2.5x2.5 meters in area. 4) The kindness of the staff. 5) You can enjoy a leisure and relaxing trip without the need to leave the hotel. Unless if you want to buy some groceries.

Cons: 1) The TV screen is a little bit small in size and only one chair is available to watch the TV. I would recommend to enlarge and if possible to install in on an arm to make it possible to watch the TV on the bed. 2) The location is a far from local market I remember it may need 30-45 minutes drive. 3) I prefer if there is a grocery store within the facility with reasonable prices.

Disappointing

The worst Four Seasons experience out of 10 properties

The area and interiors are nice. Also guys who transferred us on buggy to golf course were really friendly.

After we checked in no one showed us around or explained anything about the hotel so we asked for it by ourselves on the second day. We had a helicopter flight booked long in advance and it was cancelled by the hotel at the last moment due technical issues so Ive asked to reschedule the trip to another day and they pretended to look for another option, however at the last day Ive find out that clearly no one actually tried and also that I could find it by myself if they only told me that they are not planning to try. Food at the hotel is really bad - we tried all the restaurants. And I still have many pics of dead cockroaches in our room - these pics I took during our stay. So I wouldnt be happy about this stay even if it was simple 3* hotel. But considering the fast it was Four seasons - just horrible. Oh, and the staff is not trained at all, so when we were checking out I was preparing my long speech about how unhappy I am but no one asked us how was our stay or anything caring at all.
