Great nights stay at the Garfield

The house is straight across the road from the station. Car parking is excellent. The owner was very friendly, accommodation comfortable and clean. Great breakfast- good value for money.

There was nothing to dislike, only stayed one night.

Made to feel welcome by the owners, breakfast amazing ( happy to accommodate a last minute change), personal touch showing guest to room, room spacious and well laid out.

Only minor fault, lack of plug sockets.... but that really did not effect our stay at all, and we worked round it...

Excellent but as constructive feedback perhaps an pre order menu the night before to avoid waste I.e no mushrooms no croissant

I would highly recommend Garfield Guesthouse.

The place was more than we expected, the room was large. The owner Gillian was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Having parking out the back of property was a bargain.
