Very good

Birches is a well-run business - a lot of thought and work has gone into traveller comfort.

I liked my stay, The property is well maintained and tidy, very clean, comfortable bed, with a nice ensuite. Facilities to make a hot drink in room. Although I didn't have breakfast, as I walked past the kitchen and dining room, I could see the same high standards. Bonus: For an added fee, washing and drying can be on site, well worth it. Quick walk to the town centre.

I'm 70+ years, dragging suitcase across loose stone, down the side and around the back of the house was hard. Installation of lights down the side and back of the house for late arrivals or returning from an evening out (dark early in November) A seat or shelter from the elements out the front would be nice when waiting for transport. Felt isolated, although unnecessary, I would have liked an interaction on arrival, saw one staff member, while staying.

Comfortable abode, will use again.

Very clean and tidy, very comfortable place to stay. Great facilities, great poweful shower!! Easy to follow instaruction for arrival.

Shower was great, poweful. Just worried that it was going to flood out the cubicle, as the drain didnt look as though it was coping.

The location is excellent. The B and B is very well appointed and comfortable. Ill certainly stay next time Im in Dingwall.

It is suitable for an overnight stay, but any stay longer than that is difficult.

The owner was very kind and allowed us to use her washing machine for a fee, which we appreciated as we were visiting from overseas.

The bathroom was small and the wash basin was extraordinarily small and not suitable for an ensuite bathroom. We opted not to have breakfast as it came with an additional fee. The room was overall small too.
