    Breakfast was good and for those who prefer decaf, theres a coffee shop across the street. What I liked the most was how the staff, with only one small exception, were so friendly and anticipated my needs. I woke up cold one night and took the coverlet from the second bed. When I returned to my room the next evening. The staff, without being asked, had given me an extra blanket. So kind and thoughtful. Similarly, the front desk staff made change for me to ride the busses and patiently answered all my questions.
    One day at breakfast I spilled milk on the table outside. I mentioned it to the tall breakfast supervisor, who told me not to worry, no problem. But neither he nor his assistant cleaned the table, so I got some napkins and hot water and did the best I could to clean it off bc other people were already beginning to sit down at the table Id dirtied. He or his assistant could have done a better job in less time with a towel. Maybe I share the blame bc I didnt specifically ask him to clean the table, but I felt that should have been obvious when I told him Id spilled! Also it would be nice if there were regular mint tea at breakfast as the Moroccan mint has green tea in it, which is highly caffeinated.

    Easy to get to, it was clean and functional, about 30 minute walk to santa monica pier
    Staff were nice but not very interactive, the downstairs toilets were locked, they are still worrying about covid.

    A great location not to far from the Santa Monica Pier and Metro Access.
    The property is 10-15 minutes from Santa Monica Pier and has Metro access nearby to Downtown LA. There are places to eat and socialize nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfy for a good nights rest.
