Finally I love to come in Jordan an I always use booking to find Hotle but this time my travel with my family was bad

I always use booking in my trips and I like to use this app because it comfort and simple and most of the time I find what I need. But this time it was horrible and bad

Because the had instructions works under my suit and made me and made my wife angry about it we didnt sleep well they make noises every morning under my bed room from 9 morning tell 4 after noon even my sons they feel unhappy. You now that I moved to another hotel today and after tomorrow I will back home I pay a lot of money in Geneva hotel and no one say sorry from the Mangment and when I told about the noise they offer to me small room in the same floor but I refuse I still have some videos about the noises in my room and if you want I send to you

Pleasant

The staff are helpful and welcoming. The place is excellent. Very close to all services and shopping places, and I did not need to use a car to get to the places I wanted to visit in Amman.

The room is somewhat small, the electrical sockets are located far from the bed, and there are some plumbing problems in the bathroom.
