    Great facilities and friendly staff
    Great facilities staff very friendly and good choice of food thats why we returned.
    To be honest Ive only knocked down as we had a nightmare with the people in the room next to us. Shouting and screaming not nice experience and also really scary for me let alone my son. The room we had this time was smaller, last time had 2 big beds so better for us. The bathroom configuration was weird sink to big for the room or in the wrong position The hotel was to busy to move rooms so couldnt be helped just people put a bit of a downer on it but you cant help that.. would of been nice if something was done for my sons birthday too but I understand its a busy hotel and not that level..

    The saff were fantastic. It is a fantastic resort for children and families.
    The food wasn't fantastic but was eatable and the rooms aren't the biggest but don't like this put you off I would definitely go back

    great family hotel, Ill definitely revisit
    clean, beautiful view, friendly staff, 15/20 mins from airport, close to beach, nice walk to marina, very child friendly, pool facilities are great and the food choice is decent
    genuinely really enjoyed my stay and cant think of anything to moan about

    The breakfast was the same every day very boring and often Luke warm. We only had one evening meal as it was appalling very limited options. You can hear everyone in the hotel rooms sounds like youre in the same room as other people. Cleaners start early and are noisy although did a good job. We were a family of 4 2 double beds small walk way round, hardly any hanging or storage space, room next to the lifts so very noisy. Fight for sun beds round the splash pool every day. Snack bar only offering burger hot dogs and chips, no options to purchase a choice eg salad or something else if you werent all inclusive.

    Great place, kids loved it. Comfortable.
    5mins to the beach. 20mins to the airport. Uber is available and cheaper than the UK. The resort is very much children focussed which was ideal for us as we had two young children. Kids' entertainment kept the kids occupied.
    The pool & water park could have been a little warmer. Kids couldn't stay longer than 30mins each time. The food variety could have been a bit better, but we were OK as we were there for 4 nights.

    we had to move rooms at 4am due to an awful smell coming from the bathroom in our room, the reception were not going to allow us another room, they told us no one would be able to come to the room to check what is wrong until 10am, we asked the guy at reception to come to the room to show him the smell was unbearable and that no one could sleep in that room, and then eventually we were given a new room.
