Beautiful Best Benalmadena

Everything!

The fact that the entertainment was all in Spanish even though there were so many British guests staying at the hotel. The hotel closed for the winter on the 30th of October. Everything was packed away. We couldn't even sit on the terrace & have a cup of coffee! All guests had to be out by 11 o'clock!

Fine if you keep your expectations low

Value for money if you want basic accommodation away from the main strip. Spacious room and beautiful sea view and large balcony. Lift lobby area very dark and dingy.

Very old hotel which definitely needs a refurbishment. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and had to ask 4 times to borrow a kettle. Couldnt get the safety deposit box to work. They were closing the hotel for the season on our check out day so had to move us to another hotel but we were not told until we were checking in. Luckily we didnt have important things planned that day! Had to pay extra even for water at dinner

Excellent stay, very clean and good value for money.

Ideally situated and great value for money

Only negative would be our room was situated just outside the lift and up to late at night and very early in the morning, this was constantly pinging.

Food was enough, but every day the same. Room size OK.

We were surprised that for table water you need to pay. As well that you need to pay for swimming pool inside. All 4days we were looking at unhappy or tied staff in the restaurant. For some areas definitely need some refreshment. For sure it is not 4*,for us3*
