Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable (though slightly harder than I like), shower pressure was good, balcony view across garden was nice (and good sized balcony), room service was fast, check in super friendly and helpful, and boxed breakfast to take away on early check out was DELICIOUS. Thank you.
A little dated and could do with a refresh on edgings/bathroom.

The facilities are somewhat old and in need of maintenance
Easy access to the airport.
Was shocked to learn that I had made the mistake of booking an 8 hour stay instead of a one night stay. Even though the staff were nice to explain and give us options I still felt cheated and that the 8 hour option was a way to trick people into selecting the hotel.

We were given a room which was not ready, looks like the room was being prepared but was left unfinished. Finally the HK staff came to finish setting the room while we were in the room

We are regular guests at this hotel as we like it so much.
We had to change our stay as my appointmend at the eye clinique was changed. My husband called them and in stead of charging us a fee (according to the booking conditions), they gave us an upgrade!

Beautiful resort and their staffs are superb.
Toilet not well ventilated, causing bad smell. Got a few group of mosquito in the room. My room was on the ground floor. Otherwise was okay.
