Very poor

I always stay there and I will never again after the rude experience and unhelpful staff.

good location, breakfast area was nice, Room old.

Good location for a short business stay.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, convenient location, good value for money.

A bit dated, internet okish, location decent but far from exceptional, only very small indoor pool. Also, large conventions being held with loud (but not unpleasant) crowds.

Breakfeast is great in the hotel.

Maybe the employees could give more information about how to operate equipements, such as ar conditioning, lights, etc, since they are controlled in the telephone.
