The staff is nice and very helpful, all rooms have been refreshed and they put a safety box in each. Location perfect, very good for value, i highly recommend this hotel

Good value hotel with great hospitality

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was specious and clean. Location is great for going around with Nana station a short walk away. A lot of options around the area for all needs, including the Terminal 21 shopping mall, rooftop restaurants, etc.

The location is in a lively neighborhood and the noise level was high in our room on the 5th floor. There is a club across the street that goes on until 2 AM. The bed was hard as the floor. The room door has almost no sound isolation and you hear doors closing and every noise in the hallway.
