Lovely hotel and staff. Exceptional friendly service.

We had trouble with casting movies from our phone to the tv in the living room, team were not able to help. The tv in our room also did not work hence we were not able to make use of it.

Staffs are fantastic but my first room was very smoky smell so I moved to another room which was very food smell . The room needed air purifiers every day otherwise cant stay. The carpet was not clean.

Thank you for special arrangements for the wheelchair elderly.

Assisted facilities for the wheelchair client. Such as toilet seat handrail and chair and handrail in bathroom. Arrange birthday cake and fruits for the elderly. Thank you.

Front desk Staff working manner is not helpful. Response from room service was too slow. Await long long time

Great stay and exceptional staff!

The staff were also incredible, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a comfortable one. I didnt have coins for the bus and they exchanged my HKD to Macau coins so I could travel around. Also, the staff that help you out of your taxi, hold the doors - so kind and lovely. Staff members that clean around the spa area were so sweet too and heartwarming. They really made my experience a pleasurable one and I really understood what it meant to stay at the Grand Hyatt. The lobby lounge was great, Id recommend the chilli fries! The room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the view! The spa!! Included in your stay is access to the outdoor hot tubs and indoor one!

I wish I could communicate with staff more easily over booking.com, they usually reply a day later. I also wish someone had told me there was a shuttle service. I didnt receive a hello or welcome message over booking.com which I personally found a little unusual as Ive stayed all across the world and always receive a welcome message. The welcome message could have included info about the shuttle which would have saved me from worrying about buses and taxis! The deposit if paid by card takes up to 21 days to be refunded - I wasnt told this when I was paying the deposit and I wish I was because I wouldve preferred paying by cash to have it returned immediately upon checking out!
