Overall a lovely hotel, hopefully we just checked in on an extra busy day

Great location, lots of choice with three pools and eating options. The suite was stunning with a great ocean view, and the balcony was far bigger than we expected.

We booked a suite and a double, both rooms weren't available until 4pm after being told they were available to check in at normal time. The service felt disorganised. Slow room service to the suite. Our fridge was very smelly, and our shower smelt of urine when we checked in, which was disappointing for such an expensive room.
