Just for location

I choose this hotel just for the location to enjoy NYE. (Just few steps away from Kuta beach) Location is perfect for enjoying beach. Room was clean and well-decorated.

I arrived there at 14.30, but my room was not ready even though the check-in time is 14.00. I waited 20 more minutes to get into my room. NYE dinner was mandatory for all customers (not an option), and the food of NYE dinner has no choice and disappointed. I couldn't use swimming pool from the day before NYE, so I stayed there for 2nights but I couldn't enjoy the pool.

pet friendly and the room was clean and the deco was nice. the hallway of the garden room always smells good. laundry facility.

- the room is not soundproof, we can clearly hear people talking in the hallway outside the room and even other guests next to the room. - no phone, not everyone wants to download a hotel app - one of the receptionists didn't even know the term room service, when I asked about it he thought I wanted my room cleaned. When I explained that I wanted to order food for the room he still didn't understand and asked me to use the app..

Excellent stay in a great location, Ill would stay at Mamaka again if I stay in Kuta the next time Im in Bali

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, the rooftop is incredible with fantastic views and it is in a very central location in Kuta

The elevators took quite some time to move between the floors but not a huge issue
