Non friendly employees. First night got woken up by the loud fire alarms going off at 3 in the morning. They didnt have any back up battery so we had to switch rooms from
Downstairs to upstairs at 3 in the morning with a 3 year old crying scared. We were all severely itching had bumps on us. Second day there was a roach in my bag. Had to have another room switch. The manager Freddy ensured the rooms were checked and no bugs but where did that roach come from? And why are we all severely itching? Where did that come from? Anytime we laid in bed we itched all night.

It was close to Disneyland and places to eat.
My Father forgot his Northface vest and we didnt realize it until about 2 hours down the road so we couldnt go back. I immediately called the Grand Legacy and the woman gave me an email address for lost and found. They said they would respond within 48 hours and they did but said the vest wasnt there. The vest couldnt be anywhere else because he had it the night before and didnt go anywhere else, we left the next morning. Not sure why they would say they didnt have it but guess someone has a nice best to wear! Not staying here again based on the dishonesty of the staff. Its ridiculous that you cant just call the motel and have them check right then and there, instead you have to wait 48 hours and by that time your item is long gone.
