All staff were very nice and professional. Especially the waitress during breakfast.
We had an exceptional waitress while having breakfast. She went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but I really appreciate her.

The location was great.
I loved the Rooftop Bar. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.
There wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. You need to put a sign in the elevator that Rise bar can't be accessed until after 5 pm.
