The room was ok til I saw a roach in the bathtub. The floor wasnt swept. Bed made a lot of noise when just sitting on it not to mention not a very comfortable mattress or pillows.

Excellent experience.
First time staying here, loved the location as I was going to Disneyland. I have a scooter so was able to ride ice and not have to load then unload and load and unload all in one day. My new favorite place to stay.
Nothing my room for mobility was perfect size and large bathroom great.

The water pressure was low. In the shower half the water was dispensed through the facet and the other half thru the shower head. The drain backed up. When you finish showering I was in over 2 inches of standing dirty water.

This place has potential, but it's basically a "fixed up" motel
The front desk staff was very friendly. The location is great except the noise from the highway. The hot tub and pool were a nice amenity.
Our "suite" felt more like two rooms with a wall knocked down in the middle. It was not cozy or inviting and had a lot of awkward unusable space. There was a "kitchen" area with no sink - just a very long countertop with a bunch of empty cabinet space. The walls were mostly white and reminded me of an old apartment you would rent. There weren't really even any pictures on them. The room was 60 degrees when we checked in at 8pm. The light switch next to the door didn't work, so we had to use our phone flashlight to find a light to turn on because it was pitch black. All floors had porcelain tile (why?) that were dirty and made all sounds echo loudly which was frustrating when we had our kid sleeping across the room. There was an amazing huge shower (only perk) but no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The toilet was in a separate tiny bright white room that you couldn't close the door without moving out of the way first. There were random noises that kept waking us up and due to the placement of the room, you can't open the windows or blinds because they face the outdoor hallway where everyone walks. The bed was creaky. Breakfast was expensive and a joke. It was basically a continental breakfast that you had to pay for. I had to track somebody down to ask for another plate and to refill the pancakes. I wouldn't pay more than $100/night to stay at this place. The pool and hot tub were nice, but didn't get to really enjoy them much. I'm not a high maintenance traveler, but was really put off by this property for the price I had to pay.

Location was great, close to freeways, and a 15 minute walk to Disneyland
As perfect as our location was and I know our front desk agent put on on the top floor facing the fireworks every night PERFECTLY, the room was so dirty. The floors were dirty enough that my sons feet were picking up black. Completely black. Then there was trash under our bed from previous guests such as a water bottle and a bag of chips.
