    Very poor
    except for the relative proximity to the KBF, it was horrible
    very closed to Knott's Berry Farm...literally just around the corner!
    everything else. The hotel was apparently under construction, so day and night, all I could hear was the constant banging and drilling. the bed was so hard that I couldn't rest and sleep. I woke up with soreness and ache all over my back. the TV did not work. the remote control did not work. the bathroom wall was pealing.

    Lovely but disappointed.
    The Staff was absolutely amazing. The girls at check in and every team member I passed were so cheerful and kind.
    I chose this hotel to bring my kids for Christmas after a day at Knotts Berry Farm. For the price per night I was hoping the hotel would be decorated for the holiday. You wouldn't even know it was Christmas. There were no decorations whatsoever. I was really disappointed. Next time I'll be looking at other options for that price. Also, the Christmas breakfast at $25 was severely lacking. Again, the staff was nothing short of awesome. The quality vs cost definitely raised an eyebrow.

    Hats off to the staff!
    Staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The young lady at reception went out of the way to get us something to eat when my 5 year old was hungry at night. The hotel is lucky to have such dedicated employees!

    Comfortable and the furniture is top notch.
    The coffee machine really did not work, and when it did the coffee was so so. I did not like paying for parking
