Fantastic hotel for Disney with excellent facilities, would definitely recommend

Excellent hotel, perfect location for Disney, bus to park out front. Great facilities including heated pool, water slides, basketball, coffee, food and drinks in house. And in a complex with Starbucks and a few chain restaurant.

Check in seemed a bit all over the place when we arrived, no run down of the hotel or facilities and had to chase up things. May have been an off day, as otherwise staff were very helpful. Then another family were given the same room and keys to access our room half an hour after we arrived, with no apology from the hotel.

The breakfast was great, and we loved all the different quality options. Far beyond a Continental breakfast buffet. The turn down service was excellent and we thought the extra touches of tucking in & lining up our kids plush toys was really cute. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone we ran into was kind and helpful.

The breakfast area was chaotic and messy, but besides that our stay was excellent and I can definitely see us staying again in the future.

Perfect family hotel for Disney trip

The amenities were great. We loved the pool/water slides in December and the hot tub. It was very warm on cooler days. We enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and the full size and mini Mickey waffles. The family room worked well for our family of 6. The restaurants across the parking lot made great dinners for our crew. We would definitely stay here again. This feels like a family-geared hotel.

If you book on booking.com, make sure to check your bill at the hotel when you check out. I paid the resort fee with booking.com in advance, and got charged again by the hotel in addition to paying parking at the property (the charge I expected). It is easy to miss this extra charge in the confusion of parking fees and the security deposit (which I got back, no problem).

It was nice that each family member had their own bed; 2 showers was awesome!; the hot breakfast was perfect; the shuttle to Disneyland was super convenient.

The stay was nice. Staff was great.

It was clean, very friendly staff.

Everything in the Motel was outrageously over priced. For the price we paid, some extras would have been nice. Like flavored creamer for coffee.

VERY Convenient option for families; fun rooms, pool, and breakfast.

Location is GREAT, plus a Starbucks and good restaurant across the st. Kids love the bunk-beds, the mickey shaped waffles for breakfast, and the pool area. There's even a shop with Disney merch in the lobby.

1 or 2 spots in the room that were dirty from a previous guest affected our experience. Also, we were really excited about the water slides and found out there was a height restriction, my son is 110cm and couldn't go on :( Avoid busy times for breakfast because lines are crazy for waffles.

Very good

Fantastic place to stay.

Lovely spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff are extremely accommodating. Pool area is fantastic, and my kids loved it. Pool is very warm, even on cold days. Breakfast was also great.

The only complaint I have is that there are no kitchen utensils. You need to supply plates, knives , forks ect yourself.

Wish it was just a tad bit closer to Disneyland. Other than that its a beautiful place to stay. & lots of good food and restaurants near by
