first of all, we were very disappointed with the service and communication of the personnel. The hotel is not flexible at all. We booked a non-refundable room through booking.com and a few hours later noticed that the check out date is wrong - the hotel couldnt change it, because we booked non-refundable. Then we asked if there are any birthday promotions and they said yes, you could get a free room upgrade but only if your check in is at the day of your birthday, we checked in a day before the birthday so there were no promotions I doubt if this hotel provides any promotions at all.
We got the room on the first floor. I should mention, if you want a room with a view on mountains, there are only several rooms on the upper floors where you could get a peak of mountains.
What was the worst about the room - cleanliness. As you can see from the photos, there was hair under the sheets, the pillows are yellow. When we called for a responsible person to see how dirty our room is, he came and told that its the responsibility of the cleaning company, not his. After asking (yes, we demanded, they didnt even propose themselves), they changed the room for the same just on the other side of the corridor (with worse view on the parking). So instead of sleeping after a long ride we were moving our stuff from one room to the other one. Usually, when the hotel is 4*, as a compensation they provide better rooms, in this case they didnt even apologise for the whole situation. We felt like we did wrong by complaining about the dirtiness. Also, the water in the bathroom smells very bad and the sink is very uncomfortable to use.
Moreover, if you want a calm rest after hiking and you do not travel with kids, dont choose this hotel, the soundproofing is awful, kids are running on the corridor at midnight and we could almost clearly hear what were people speaking in the room next to us.
