    Very disappointing - would never stay again
    - friendly staff who was always eager to help us resolve the issues - good breakfast - beautiful spa area
    - the hotel fails at the most basic thing which you book hotels for - overnight stays: - walls are paper thin so you hear every word from your neighbors - if there is a party in the conference room you feel like your room is in the middle of the night club - definitely the most uncomfortable pillows and the tiniest, horrible duvets Ive seen in my life - its a huge, mass hotel, lots of people, lots of noise, doesnt have the boutique feel like some competitors located in the city center

    Very well managed hotel. Clean, well equipped with all you need for your comfort stay. Although the hotel was packed with people and especially with families with kids, our room was super silent and only during breakfast we realized how many families are staying there. The wellness is perfect. Breakfast absolutely fantastic. Yes, it is a bit far from the town center, but hey, you are in the Tatras, you can walk and if not, you can take a bus or taxi and in couple of minutes you are there. But you will not want to leave the hotel anyway. Everything you need is there :)
    Too crowdy breakfasts during the rush hour. But despite this, we never waited too long and there was no shortage of food supply. Parking later in the evening at hotel's premises can get a bit tricky due to lack of free parking space.

    The room wasnt ready the curtains dont close the bring a man to fix it while i was in the room, the lady wasnt have manner to respond to guest of service room she was rude also they only have one coffee shop and was crowded

    Very clean and cosy rooms Nice spa facilities Lovely views Hotel kept really clean - lovely cleaners around hotel. Always greeting everyone walking past.
    Unfriendly, rude young staff during breakfast hours each day. Approached table with no Hi, took dirty plates without asking if we have finished. Very expensive daily parking rates on top of hotel and air fees. Reception staff in Rezydencja II hardly ever avaliable
