The room is way outdated, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking, so as the toilet. If you dont go to spa then youll get a super old room for a decent amount of money.

Best hotel for kids and value for money

Facilities are great, modern, clean, and spacious. Our 5yo daughter really loves the swimming pool area with both normal and heated pools, and a couple of small sliders. The water temperature was perfect as well. The relaxation zone is also great with some indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and saunas. The kids play area is exceptional, I think it's the best I've seen in any hotels. It's very spacious and clean with so many activities for kids. My daughter particularly loved the Lego room. Too bad we missed the movie time. I also feel that all the staffs were very friendly and we could always get some help in a matter of minutes after calling the operator. Lastly, food was very decent, breakfast was quite extensive, and we also tried the restaurant for dinner which turned out okay with reasonable price in a hotel.

We stayed in a standard room which is already quite outdated though it's still clean and comfortable. I guess I can't complain a lot given the price as well which was like 90eur per night. I think there are some other more modern and refurbished rooms with better views as well.

NICE komfort room with nice view. Very nice restaurant with taste food

Freezing water is swimming pool. I don't understand 5 Star hotel Bachleda one of the best chain in Poland and absolutely cold water in its pool.

Disappointing

We believe there are definitely dozens of better hotels in the same city.

We liked the gastronomy . breakfast - food, large options, tasty food. We also liked the hotel bath,

We didnt like the details in the room because it should be 4 star hotel. Torn curtains, old dirt on the sink, damaged wall paint or wallpaper etc... We also didnt like very hot floor in sauna, worldwide are used wooden floors in sauna cause of the heat, in this hotel a tile which burns the feet if entered barefoot. Also very sharp edges of the stairs under water in the hotel pool - very easy to get hurt. In the hotel bad looking carpets, non working lift. Pics available in case of the interests. We are sure this hotel corresponds to max. 3 stars. Also bad point to face a parking fees after arrival. They shall be happy we accommodated there however it was added 10 Eur parking fee at non-camera covered park place... Also applied extra fees for using sauna in the hotel.
