    Beautiful location, friendly staff.
    Lovely resort, nice staff beautiful location.
    Music was pumped out everywhere so that you were always listening to a mix of songs. Not great when youre on holiday to relax. Should inform visitors with children that the entertainment is very loud until 1am if youre staying near the main area.

    It was just OK.
    The floating breakfast.
    Needed more entertainment variety for different groups of people. Far from excursion locations. Heavy traffic going to and from places outside of the resort. Food was just ok. Hospitality could have been better. No elevators on the property. Some scheduled events were canceled such as the kids tye dye event.

    At water slide children play area, please put a sign for what age or height kids can play. Lifeguard said it's for under 12 years old. The front desk lady said it's for under 17 years old. If possible, please write down on the hotel website.

    The variation of restaurants and buffets were amazing. Most of the staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant and worked very hard. I really do hope they are properly compensated because they are the glue that holds the facility together.
    The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Also, on our first day, the room was not cleaned to standard. We had a housekeeper named Sandria who made sure that our room was cleaned every day after that, and I really do appreciate her being able to make our stay a little better.

    My stay was great just wish I could afford to stay longer
    What I love most about the property is the set up I love the community feel you get staying there because of the dwellings are villas which makes it a village per say and not one tall hotel where everything feels so out of reach so like I said the community vibes got me plus it gears towards family I been to other hotels and I dont get that community vibes and last but most importantly it couldnt feel that way without those exceptional staff
    There was a lot of renovations going on this time so most of the amenities were unavailable or closed off which I understand because these things have to get done to keep up to date and keep things going so other than that it was great

    The place is beautiful, has friendly staff, fabulous food, and the snorkling is awesome!
    This resort has everything, from different foods to fabulous pools, night life, and EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!! We have stayed there 2 times and it feels like family with some of the staff that has been there and remember us. We also love the fact we can go snorkeling right off the beaches at the resort and see, if not better than some, of the excursions weve gone on. The sea life in the lagoons and ocean on the private beach, and Sunset Cove was amazing to see!
    The carts, I will say this is a problem for me. We had called numerous times for a cart bc we were so far away and my husband has a bad back, and no one came. We stayed at the Grand Palladium in Punta Cana also and those carts would go around regularly and pick people up. You always seen a cart driving thats the only pet peeve I have with Grand Palladium Jamaica i dont feel like they have enough people to run the carts and they dont offer that service like they should.

    The view was beautiful but the stay was ok
    The breakfast was the best food option.
    The food was very mediocre, very bland, and unsatisfactory. My room had missing vents and unclean bath tub.
