Poor

The pool and sports bar.

Checkin, checkout processing took the longest I have ever experienced. An all inclusive resort should not mean waiting to be sat, waiting to be served drinks and sometimes forgotten. I can take these myself if you allow me but when not allowed and then don't get served, I wonder what I paid for. Poor staff in parts who prioritise selected people. Overall the worst all inclusive resort I have ever visited and I have travelled the world. Yet ironically one of the most expensive. Limited beach. The small beach area that is, is for members only. If you want a good beach head to a hotel in Negril, avoid this place. Perhaps for people from that side of the world it represents value as I fell for the reviews but if you have high global standards, steer clear.

Good

The Italian restaurant was absolutely awful. How could they serve such disgusting food. The staff said it comes pre frozen. The hotel overall was very nice. Disappointing that they had no elevator, and the shuttle service appeared short on the Shuttles. Staff had miserable expressions on their face, had to gauge before approaching.
