Need serious remodeling or deep cleaning
Location is great but they need to update the rooms, the sheets and mattresses way below expectations and not to mention the bathroom tub. Ours couldnt closed properly and it was dripping all night. Floor is carpeted but they havent been cleaned in years or they seriously need replacing.

    Disappointing
Very expensive for a service and poor facilities.
I didn't like the facilities, the room they assigned me was not clean enough.
The price was very high, I didn't like the rooms, I expected something better, for the price I paid.

Only stay here if you have to
There is nothing to like about this place, but it was the only reasonable one near where I had to be
Its a dump. Hasnt been updated since 1970. A depressing place to stay

    Poor
2 star unless you are golfer , old 1980s style furniture
Staff was friendly If you are golfer it had place to do that Quick customer service Cleaning person Check in and out Everything was 2-4 min from a drive Movies theater, Publix, Costco and hospital.
Rooms badly need renovation old furniture 1980s with mold on the walls and smelly. The carpet is very dirty if you walk barefoot for 1 minute your feet will be all black, but staff is good customer service was good ( some didnt speak English that was strange) Pool was cold, with small fly dead, leafs and was no 3 ft for little kids, with they had heated pool and kids section would be nice. No fridge No microwave If you need to heat up your food you need to pay $5 If you get a microwave you will find cockroaches in there hiding somewhere by the door The bathroom is moldy bathtub is bad Parking will be $4 per day

    Bad
    Never again, Avoid!!!!
The location was around places to shop and eat. Also, .easy access to the express way.
The resort needs a serious updating exterior and interior. The parking lot had broken asphalt overgrown roots bursting out concrete. The room itself had broken curtains that didn't close properly, the bed was so low to the floor, and the quality of the mattress was undesirable. The sink area was retro 80's vibe, and the bathroom tub needs replacing. I turned on the shower, and a roach came out.

    Good
At least I was able to sleep.
Centrally located to the things I needed access to.
It is very old/aged. Needs serious renovation. I was grossed out and afraid of catching bed bugs. I hate bed bugs. I despise bed bugs. Did I mention I cant stand bed bugs? I do, I hate bed bugs. And this place made me feel like I was going to catch them.

    Exceptional
    Overall enjoyable.
I liked that it was close to different stores, they were walking distance which is rare in the area, also I liked the size and confort of the room.
It smell a bit like cigarretes, but I didn't mind. I think the smell was stuck in the carpet.

    Very poor
This place is no where near 3-star and the property needs severe updating and cleanup.
The resort is in a great location in Pembroke Pines. I didnt feel unsafe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checkin was very easy.
The place is a lipstickd pig compared to the photos online. They charge you for parking. The parking lot is in great disrepair. There are no clearly marked handicap spots and the paths to the rooms are rocky and overgrown. You dont have easy parking access to your room. There is no elevator to access the 2nd floor. I wondered around the complex trying to find my room because there are no clear room nor building directions. The room was no where near 3-star. I had a suite. Everything is old and outdated. It looked like furniture from The Shining. The dining table only had one chair. The TV in the living area was the size of a 21-inch computer monitor mounted up in the far corner on a homemade shelf. The picture on the wall , where the TV should be, was drastically bigger. It made the space unusable as a living space. It smelled musty and moldy to the point my nose was burning. The bathroom reeked of urine. It too, was desperately in need of an upgrade. The place simply felt gross to the point that I didnt want to touch anything, I didnt want to use the shower, sit on the toilet, I didnt even want to brush my teeth using the water that came from the bathroom pipes. I slept there one night and ended up booking another hotel for my second night. It felt like a bait and switch. The rest of the grounds and condos are really beautiful. Ive stayed in 1-star Red Roof Inns and Super 8s that were better than this place.
