Location is nice, the room and heated indoor pool

We accidentally left expensive sneakers in a closet and when I called next day to find out, the front desk lady said that the room hasnt been cleaned yet and shell find out. Ten minutes later she calls back saying that they didnt find anything. We know 100% we left it there. We even left a great tip for a cleaning lady. So my advice, please check your room thoroughly before checking out or say goodbye to your things. Very disappointed.

Exceptional staff and comfortable rooms

While they did have construction going on, it wasnt loud or annoying. It was in a nice location and close to everything. We got there early after driving all night and they went over and beyond to get us in our room as soon as they could. The staff and security were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the jets in the tub! Would definitely book with them again!

I would say the only downfall was no access to the beach and no tiki bar or outdoor pool, but they are rebuilding so that makes sense.

Disappointing

Had to sleep on a fold out couch bc no bed!

Didn't even have a real bed! We paid over $400 for 2 night's! W/NO Breakfast included! Had to sleep on a fold out couch..which we had to make! Ridiculousness! Never stay there again! Better places..for way..less money..!

Exceptional

Peaceful, relaxing and definately will be back.

Location was convenient, staff was efficient and friendly, resort was very clean. Condo was fully equipped, quiet and breakfast was excellent. Loved the ocean view. Would definately use Exploria resorts again and this one will be used for future trips.

Nothing that I can think of.
