Good stay

It was a good stay, we booked 1 night with them but few days later we extended our stay in Tenerife and came back for 5 more nights. Special shout out to David and Boris, they are the best ! Especially David who helped us a lot with our suitcases, was very proactive and super nice.

It's disappointing that basic amenities like a kettle or a safe come with an extra charge. These should be included in the room price instead of burdening guests with an additional 2-3 per day. Furthermore, it's astonishing that a purported 4-star hotel lacks a simple amenity like an iron. This oversight is unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, it was compulsory to pay for a New Year's party. As a family that doesn't celebrate New Year's in that manner, we refrained from participating in the festivities. Despite not partaking in any of the provided services or refreshments, we were still compelled to pay over 300 in addition to our stay. This feels unjust and akin to theft.

Very good base for family holiday, friendly staff and nice facilities

staff were great, location excellent near beach, and facilities including pools, bars and buildings were great. Buffet was good all round - some days excellent some ok.

Not able to order iron to room was inconvenient, mens dress code for dinner (no shorts) was irrelevant, eg people asked to change wearing smart shorts yet others let in wearing tracksuit bottoms.

Average stay , glad we only stayed one night.

Staff were great , my daughter had to tonsillitis whilst we were there , reception had a private doctor come out within 10 mins and she got a prescription for antibiotics, they couldnt be more helpful.

Facilities werent great , the outside pools were freezing cold , the only heated pool was adults only so the kids had to use the indoor pool which defeats the object of going on holiday . The hotel is average , definitely not worth the money .

Location excellent,beside the beach and a variety of walks,nice weather close to shops

plenty of space and sunloungers in the poolside areas and also very relaxing with very little noise it was possible to relax and enjoy the sunshine

1/At reception area a check in point would be an advantage to avoid delays as different queues were forming for each individual receptionist. 2/Inform quests at checkin that there is a dress code for dinner and also to bring the card with you. 3/I arrived down to restaurant and was informed at the desk that I would need the card and also the I needed to change as shorts were not acceptable and I had to return to my room at the far corner of the hotel. 4/I was annoyed as this could have been avoided and then when I looked around some of male guests were wearing worn and crumpled jeans so it was obvious that they were unaware of this stipulation before packing and did not bring a suitable pair of trousers, and furthermore some of the ladies were wearing whatever they liked. 5/I mentioned to a receptionist that quests should be informed at checkin and she just waved her hand towards a sign at the far end of the reception desk. 6/Our toilet developed a problem with the water in the toilet flushing throughout the night and the next day there was water on the floor at the base of the bowl, I mentioned it to reception and she said she would get a technican to fix the problem and she finished off by saying "have a nice day" 7/After checking in we entered our room and noticed that there was a tray with coffe making facilities nice touch,but no milk or sugar,so I asked the house staff if we could have some and she said to ring ext 9 which I did and shortly after a knock came to door a person just sailed it removed the tray and its contents and walked away muttering something about the last guests.

An amazing place where to return again and again!

Love this place, as I was staying here for the 2nd time - great location, food, comfortable rooms, and lovely stuff :)

It would be great to add milk without flavors (sugars) in the coffee machine during breakfast time. Also, would be great to have a better conditioning system in the Gym and available (free) water (it was finished and during a couple of days was not filled)

The location and the pools.the room was not suitable in relation to my booking.had to move to a different room.

The standard of food was poor. And sometimes over Cooked.reception requests never addressed Gym not up to standard. For 5star hotel . Cat outside our room on 115.air con poor. Door key cards failing every day to reported.
