The food was excellent, all the staff were polite and helpful, the decor of the hotel is very pleasant and the location is great.
They also threw on a huge party for New Years Eve which was awesome.
I wasnt impressed that there was a fee to change the pool towels, and a fee to hire an ironing board. Both of these things Id expect to be included,

Good service supported by all members of staff. Breakfast was always great to look forward to
Superb Pool. Lovely breakfast variety and quality. Excellent location if you enjoy broadside walks and being close to several fine restaurants.
Road facing rooms can get a bit noisy with the Irish pub below but a set of ear plugs sorted that out when needed.

Second visit to the Las Palmeros. We had a great holiday
Clean and comfortable. Central for our holiday.
Team members were very pleasant and accommodating especially with the language difference.
Only experienced one reception team member to be irritable and he may have been finishing a night shift.
Waiting time at reception for asking questions.
No explanation of whats available in the hotel especially for upgrading.
Coffee Tea facilities would have been nice in the room.
