Hotell staff were accomodating during my surprise request for my mother's birthday.

We were surprised that the hotel air conditioning (frion) was not turned on during the winter season in Barcelona. We stayed for two nights and were disappointed to see that housekeeping did not properly clean the room. We took pictures the dust that was everywhere. We reported this to the reception desk in the morning, expecting our room to be clean, but there was no action taken on their end, only feeling terrible for the issue. I'm hoping for some sort of compensation because we chose to stay here during my mother's birthday.

The staff were helpful. I did a wrong booking of the dates and the staff helped me to sort out the booking and got the rooms ready for us promptly. Goodnight sleep.

Amazing customer service from the staff!

The staff went above and beyond to help my friend and I with directions to a couple of places. You could tell from all of the front staff that they were very proud of the hotel. The room was really nice and the bedding very comfortable.

Overall disappointing

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big room. Nice terrace.

Noise from road. Problems in bathroom as flush didn't work properly, and made a lot of noise, and the pipe under the sink was running on the floor. Only one problem was properly solved after I asked several times. Breakfast room overcrowded at 7 am by group of tourists. Only 2 elevators for a big building.
