Location was my main reason for booking this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a suite which was excellent.
Breakfast was disappointing,felt like boarding school canteen. Privilege system was an unpleasant surprise,considering it claims to be a five star hotel.

Great place for a lazy relaxtion week!
The staff here were excellent. The place looks amazing and is very clean. The buffet selection was terrific and the service was wonderful You cannot fault the staff, they are what made this place amazing.
It is quite big so you can easily get lost with all the different routes so can be a bit overwhelming. All of us agreed that the pillows could do with replacing as they were quite lumpy.

Location was fantastic on the beach at Meloneras and close to restaurants and bars, ten minute walk from Maspalomas
Reasonable choice of food
Far too big .. too crowded around the pool area . Dont like sunbathing in rows . Pool was supposed to be heated but it didnt feel like it

Good value for money that with small tweaks can be better
All was good and as expected. Probably the main drawback is that the property is so big that it is a maze and takes some time to find your way around without getting lost.
Probably better signposting not everything but at least the main areas of the hotel would have come handy. Also, there was an issue with the pool where the protective layer was coming off and it was inflated underwater at the bottom of the pool.

some staff at beach bar and breakfast rude. mini bar not filled . no complentary waters , no refill of milk etc or laundry bags . breakfast choice not amazing .
