The hot tub was broken and the room had dirty towels in it

Pleasant

We werent notified upon checking in that the hot tub wasnt working. When we went to go use it they said its broken and we can drive down the road to their sister motel swim and then come back!

Not as clean as last time and not everything was working that is listed as an amenity

Poor customer service... No plans for Hampton Inn ever again!

Nothing. I don't plan to book a Hampton Inn ever again.

Our flight was delayed several times. We were supposed to land in Reno at 9:14 p.m. on Saturday. At 7:01 p.m., I called to advise that our flight would be delayed until after midnight. With 24 h front desk and checkout at noon, I thought that would be all that I needed to do. Our flight incrementally kept being delayed until it finally left Dallas at 6 a.m. on Sunday. Upon arrival in Reno, we picked up our rental car at 8:19 a.m. and went straight to Hampton Inn in Reno to shower and have breakfast. We were advised that we were marked as a no-show at 2 a.m., and we could book another night to get access to a room... even though we had paid for the room. If I had not called, I would understand. That was just tacky and not right. Coming off of a very bad night, we did not need such poor customer service.
