    Comfy bed, soft water in the shower, and the room was so CLEAN!!!! Shopping and food are in walking distance too
    So clean!!!!!
    Nothing. This place was great and we will stay here again

    We were very happy with our first experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Reno/Sparks.
    Clean, updated, close and lighted parking, multiple entrances with security cards (room key).
    Hmmm, nothing I can think of.

    Very satisfied with hotel & location
    Great hotel in a great location. Shops & eating close by & very nice lake with a footpath around it next to hotel.
    A bit on the expensive side, but that was the only negative.
