    Fit the bill perfectly, and will stay here again!
    The location was perfect for visiting family in Verdi nearby. Easy access off the freeway, near major stores, and able to jump onto McCarran for access to other parts of Reno. Best of all, NO casino onsite. Room was a haven at the end of our busy days--too busy to use pool or gym! Took advantage of laundry facilities.
    Coffee maker in room not adequate, but good coffee in lobby!

    The property was very nice. It was very clean and quiet. My boyfriend and I stayed in the half suit. It was a very good size, and well accommodated.
    The fact that you didnt have the option on the television to pull up your own tv accounts like netflix YouTube ect, and instead only cable, we didnt think was very nice. We also didnt enjoy the food they served for free breakfast. We didnt feel it was good overall. Very bland and not pleasant

    We were given a room with a broken air conditioner. The air came out warm and there was a horrible screeching noise that was impossible to ignore. When we went to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, we found the employee snoring and sound asleep in the office. We ended up just staying in the room rather than trying to go around the front desk and wake the employee. The room was too hot to sleep. The lamp shade fell off the lamp and hit my daughter. One of the two USB charging ports in the room wasn't a charger at all but just a black hole. The Kleenex box was empty. The hotel had no feminine products. We were told they were supposed to, but there were a bunch of books in the drawer where the tampons should've been. We tried speaking with a manager at the hotel this morning and we were told they can't do anything for us because we booked through you.

    Would stay there again and front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and always smiled. Well done!
    Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were very good, hot and just about anything one would want for breakfast was available and staff was friendly, available and helpful. The whirlpool was relaxing and parking was easy and accessible. The room amenities was excellent with lots of electrical outlets and USB ports. Plenty of work space was also available..
    The handicap bathroom and request for first floor accommodations were not met. Although I was able to "make do", using the tub without any safety bars and non slip surfaces was a little scary.
