Disappointing

It was ok; however, I will likely choose a hotel that is a little more peaceful and quiet.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Room smelled like marijuana. The room was adjacent to the top golf establishment, so the loud music made it difficult to relax. Breakfast not included and no meals could be charged to my room.

My stay was Comfortable,convenient and pleasant.

Everything the location was convenient the staff were great it was a pleasant experience to stay at harbor Side. I will be back for the jazz brunch.

The rooms were all very nice. The staff was very helpful. We took the shuttle bus to the Gaylord Hotel to see the Rudolph ice sculptures. The shuttle was so easy to use. We plan to use this hotel in the future.

I booked through booking and had some issues with my reservations. Jamal was so helpful to explain to me that it wasnt and issue on their end but made sure my stay was exceptional. Staff was so so friendly. EVERYONE. From the front desk to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant everyone was AMAZING. We look forward to booking again!
