Very good

We had a great time.

The property was great. Room was very nice. Loved the tall windows. I thought the bed was very comfortable.

The staff at the reception area were great! The staff in the restaurants not at all. We will like to stay at the hotel again but will definitely eat outside the hotel.

Nice location but lousy accommodations. I would not go back.

Location

Very thin skimpy comforters and bedding. When I asked for a second comforter I received thin worn out blanketsworthless. The TV only gets broadcast television stationsno cable TV like CNN. They clearly have revenue problems because they are skimping on basic amenities.

Comfortable room in a fun area of town!

Location, comfort of the rooms, views from the rooms, rooms were quiet and Starbucks right outside the front door! All staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Great location, well kept and clean, room setup is fantastic.

Why is the toilet paper holder so low to the floor? This can't be up to code and it's also incredibly strange and inconvenient. Also the lady checking me in was not friendly or in a good mood. It was rather off-putting.

The staff was great. We were there for our honeymoon and they made sure we had a very nice stay. The view from our room was also amazing.

The room was very hot, and the AC didnt work. My husband and I didnt get much sleep because of it. We also wished that the hotel included breakfast for its price.

The room was very clean and comfortable. View was excellent. Very up to date and felt very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Very modern feeling.

Need better clarity on where to go to check in. Also not having a parking garage was a bit disappointing because I wasn't expecting to pay extra for parking, especially since I was on a budget. So parking information need to be a bit clearer online.

The room AC was loud and nonstop. The coffee in the restaurant was terrible. I asked about the brand. They saidsling. I ordered an Americano first. It was terrible. I ordered an espresso thinking user error and watched her make it. She made it correctly. It was still terrible. Change to illy or lavazza please. The room coffee was better nespresso.
