The parking is advertised as $49 per night and then they add a $9 tax on top of that. $57 dollars a night for parking is rediculous. They just park the cars in the lot across the street. We had homeless people wait in our elevator until we scanned our key card so they could go to the floor we were going to and camp out in the stair wells.

The breakfast was good but on the pricey side. I like when hotels have the continental breakfast included in the price. The hotel is centrally located and we could walk to many of the attractions. There are food trucks near the hotel which help save a little bit of money. The room took a few hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The heater was on the noisy side. The bathroom was very nice and the shower water pressure was really good. The bed mattresses and pillows were quite comfortable.

My stay was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
The location was amazing. It was literally close to everything. 5-10 min max Uber time. The lounge was beautiful & has a classy vibe at night time. Great for pictures & the comfort in the room was a 10/10. I would stay here every time I visit DC.

Once you get past the arrival, the hotel is clean and modern. Definitely, a good choice.
The hotel was very walkable. All of the destinations that I needed to visit we closely accessible and obtaining transport was simple.
The unloading area was very cramped and awkward. Balancing this was a very efficient staff. The arrival experience was a bit rushed particularly after having travelled a significant distance and being tired.

We upgraded our room to a room on a higher floor. But there was no view (really nothing) from our 12th floor. We could not even see the streets, just the windows of the other rooms. It was a completely useless upgrade. We paid and got nothing.
