    Superb
Lovely New Year break and excellent NY party.
Great location everything is within easy walking distance of Chichester town centre. Staff were very helpful. The room was very nicely decorated.
It's a lovely old building full of character. The downside is the windows are single glazed and a little draughty in the middle of winter.

    Acceptable for price. Nice hotel.
Staff good. Clean. Location nice bathroom. Comp gin! Restaurant food good.
Room small. Not many facilities. Poor storage. Paying for breakfast should be inc. small lift. Paying for car park!

    Pleasant
I was disappointed with the points raised above, especially when there was no mention of the additional parking fee when
Location, complimentary gin was a nice touch although we didnt take advantage of it. The amenities were good and the staff friendly. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen.
It was noisy with people outside leaving the hotel and near vicinity and making an unacceptable level of noise. Also heavy footed people making a noise in the night and the lift not being left in a situation it could be called from another floor, resulting in having to go and retrieve it when carrying heavy bags. Also, it was not made at all clear that there was a 10 parking fee on top of the room charge.

Stayed in better Harbour Hotels within the chain
    Location was good
We had high expectations unfortunately due to previous stays. Room was unbearably Hot even with the fan on full blast all night which was noisy. Just wasn't made to feel as welcome as all other Harbour Hotels we have stayed at. Room was more cramped than others we have stayed in as part of the group. Breakfast was not included in the room price which was not good value for money and steep in comparison to what we have paid before.

    Disappointing
A beautiful hotel in a perfect location but a very limited offer if you wish to eat in the hotel
My room was comfortable and the decoration of the hotel lovely The location in central Chichester is great and just a short walk from the station.
The bar, room service and restaurant menu are very limited especially as I arrived mid-late afternoon and hoped to have my family over for tea and a sandwich. It was a Sunday and so other venues were closing. I find it hard to believe you do not offer a sandwich on any of your menus even at Christmas. We asked for scones but there were none available despite being on the menu. When I asked to leave my bags in a safe place the morning I checked out- I was advised to put them in the Lobby area-this does not strike me as very secure or normal practice. The restaurant staff seemed timid or non verbal.

Great hotel, brilliant location and friendly staff
Great location in the centre of Chichester - but the rooms are still very quiet. The room was well furnished - lovely comfortable bed :) Bar had a great selection of drinks and some fab cocktails. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment but really loved the night we had there

Adequate but limited value for money.
Breakfast OK, the comfort of the bed, not the room, location. Dinner on night one was awful, the room layout was awful, and to some could be dangerous. Everything in the room was shoehorned in and nothing thought about!
Power Points, mirrors, shower access, kettle arrangement, access for hairdryer. Quality of the food I tried.
