Comfortable and budget friendly

Bed very comfy toiletries were not great only 2 bars of soap had to ask for extra towels also. Breakfast was lovely, staff very attentive on check in and at breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find and welcoming with a friendly vibe. Breakfast was tasty.

The location was okay as there was another hotel nearby where we could get dinner. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was a bit cold (December) as we were at the front of the building and it had two big windows. It was noisy in the night as guys in the next room were having a bit of a party and dashing up and down the stairs laughing.

Exceptional

It was really lovely and I intend to stay there again in the near future.

No matter how particular you are you just cannot find fault with this B/B. The rooms are spotless and the heating is just excellent. The food is superb and the staff are ever so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who mans the desk at night will not see a guest short of any requirement. The parking is beside the B/B and so weather doesn't matter so much. It sets the mind at ease to know that the car is safe. If it's value for money you are seeking -- look no further than this B/B.

Location staff is very friendly and welcoming. especially the breakfast staff Plenty of toilet papers(3 rolls) 3 soap bars but no shampo or any bath ameneties Hot water with good pressure (But it seems rusty so beware) Very bright room lighting & bathroom lighting

Very Tiny TV Kettle was Filthy and needs lot of scrubbing and deep cleaning with vinigar or some chimicals, doesnt look safe to me. Bed Sheets doesn't look like they were washed or cleaned before my check in they were full of kinks and never ironed Found a used condom Pack in one of the drawers clearly visible, kinda disgusting Hot water is rusty, Bathtub is dirty with some brown spots (looks like feces stuck to the bathtub floor to me). Hot Water is rusty and looks very unsafe. one of the drawers knob was damaged and split in half could cause an injury or cuts (hasn't been glued or at least someone could put a tape on the handle) Heating is non existant, randomly works for very short period and very ineffective Stairs creaking, rooms are not soundproof. Bunch of Teenagers and boyracers going in and out of the nearby fuel station and gathering their with their loud exhausts. and going back and forth on the street accelerating really hard all the times, windows doesn't seal the sounds very well. One of the staff / housekeeping just went straight into my room while i was getting ready for breakfast. without knocking or anything (note: door was locked via the knob, however their masterkey allows the door to be open regardless if it's locked from the inside or not) However she was very apologetic not once but twice as i met her in another part of thd hotel and it seems like a honest mistake as she was trying to get a mattress in (and got into the wrong room) For this price and lower, you can get better options
