Good facilities. The receptionist was nice.

It was like a zoo. Stayed with my 2 kids for a night for Christmas. Was put in a room next to people who were partying with thier windows wide open. There were also kids running up and down the corridors, screaming and banging doors, along with their parents (at half 1 in the morning) I had to ring reception 3 times to sort it (on my own fone as the fone in the room didn't work) The night porter didn't do anything about the people making noise and there was no way we could go to sleep. Eventually me and my 2 kids had to change rooms to the other side of the hotel at 2 o clock in the morning. The room we were put into had a TV that didn't work. We didn't sleep until after 3am. Don't believe the reviews of this place, it's a party hotel. My kids and I were really tired and we didn't enjoy our day in killarney the next day. Didn't have breakfast either. If you have kids and plan on getting a good night's sleep dont stay here. It's a shame because it looked like a great hotel with lots of fun stuff for kids. Reception was apologetic about it the next day but the night porters completely let us down. We shouldn't have been the ones that had to move in the middle of the night!

Facilities for kids room was a good size. Breakfast was nice and lovely staff.

Very late check in time and early check out time not great when only stay 1 night. Bar area isnt great.

Superb

Very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was great, dinner was very good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Rooms are average but very clean and nothing at all to fault.

Pleasant

Comfortable room and plenty of parking at the hotel. Easily accessible by car.

There can be quite some noise in the corridors in the middle of the night which the door to the room is not able to keep out. The breakfast is quantity over quality. The downside of being easily accessible by car is that the hotel is located quite a bit away from the centre of Killarney, not a problem if you don't mind the 20 minute walk through a residential area or you can of course take a taxi.
