    The location is very good and also that the area is closed with fence all around. The breakfast is always excellent both for kids and adults. We also enjoyed the Gala dinner on Christmas day. And the animation in the evenings was great. We want to come again and again to HD Parque Cristobal!

    Initially booked the hotel for a price of 1336.87 on booking.com, we turned up to the hotel to be charged 1505 for our stay. Absolute con, considering the only extra cost we paid was for the 18 euro safe, which clearly does not reflect the total end price for our stay. Would not recommend staying here for this reason alone, and would not trust the price you have initially booked this hotel for. Be careful to check that the price is fixed and is not an approximate price based on the euro exchange rate. Please be careful and be prepared to be overcharged and do not trust the initial price you have booked this for on booking.com

    Great stuff, a lot of things to do inside the hotel's campus, spacious bungalows. Clean and nice! Proximity to city center, maybe a 10min walk.
    Food was only OK, nothing special. Barhroom design is stupid as hell: open showering space and you get the whole bathroom flooded after each shower

    Fantastic and we will be returning.
    Location is fantastic - close to the beach and the bars we like to go to. Streets are clean. Hotel is clean. Entertainment staff very good and friendly with just the right amount of interaction. Good room size for 4 adults in the 2 bed bungalow. A perfect location for an older girls trip.
    Pool area probably a little small. A few cockroaches in our room.

    Breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly. Beach is close by.
    There is no parking. You have to park in the street. I was specifically searching for a place with parking. This place is too expensive for what you get. But I guess so is everything else in the south of the island.

    Location is perfect. Close to a few beaches in a walking distance. Also close to the nightlight and shops. Compared to other hotels, it had a lot of entertainment at the pools but was not that noisy. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Had a lot of options to choose from so even if I disliked a dish, there was plenty to choose from. All the staff was nice, from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant and the cook! Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the showers great. Recommended!
    I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. There is nothing that I've felt that could be improved.
