    This boutique hotel offers exceptional quality in all services. The manager gives a warm welcome and is involved in daily details. The staff has a great attitude, with special thanks to Alberto. The (Read More)hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful swimming pool area with direct access to a nice beach. The breakfast is exquisite and there are many nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, it provides a perfect experience from start to finish.

    3 days in paradise
    Very calm and relaxed hotel, the staff is very nice, people are very friendly. The breakfast was very good, the location is great, all in all, we enjoyed our short time there tremendously.
    Its quite expensive, but you do get a superior service then in other places.

    Excellent pocket of luxury.
    We loved having our own terrace and plunge pool. Its immaculately clean and the staff are terrific. I am 6 months pregnant and it was super comfy, had a motherhood massage at the spa which was fantastic. Also a wee cake was delivered by staff singing happy birthday for my birthday to the room which was a lovely touch.
    If I had to say something it would be the lack of music around the pool. Also not being notified of the noise and work going on right next to the hotel.

    Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
    The dinner menu was great and tasty, but it was the same every night, apart from 1 special dinner experience. I would recommend adding more options for the main courses and rotating them through the week.

    The staff were very friendly, courteous and did everything possible to meet our requests. The gardens were lovely and very well cared for. Beach proximity was also excellent.
    The breakfast seemed to focus on healthiness rather than taste and lacked variety. Some of it was great and appreciated the effort to accommodate us.

    What an amazing stay, the staff were so amazing. You really do have that luxury feel here, Very tranquil. The breakfast was great and made us things that were not on the menu and nothing was an issue for them. They are all a credit to this hotel, a special shout-out to the room attendants, they were amazing!!!
    The only thing I could fault was there not being a gym on premises there was an option to go to a neighbouring hotel but I had wished this was on premises.

    The hotel has a beautiful interior and is in a great location. The staff and the service is impeccable
    The hotel is located right in front of the beach, it would be a great addition to the services to have a couple of sun beds and umbrellas there as well

    Superb service, you feel at home.
    The service is of amazing quality, with every attention to the detail from the personalized reception service up to the room cleaning and the employees warmth. We were always positively surprised! Really really top class service. The location is superb, just 20 meters away from the beach, close enough of the busy Av de Las Americas but far enough to be completely quiet during day and night. The exception is a snobish beach bar outside the hotel which insists in loud music from around 16:30 to sunset - but it is quiet during all the rest of the day.
    The air conditioning is noisy but if you turn it off is totally silent, which is unusual in most hotels - and during the night, even in July during a "heat wave" that we got, we didn't really needed the ac turned on at night as it was a mild 22-23 degrees.
