    A great family run hotel that is exceptional value for money. I stayed here for 3 nights, and the room was lovely, great location, and a member of the family was always on hand to help. For the price and location, you can't go wrong with this place

    Stay feels like all in the family.
    Good location and gorgeous view of the mountains. Have to pick the room with balcony. Family quick response to my concern and question.
    Things need to fixed. Cracked doorway. Low water pressure. Door lock needs to reset and grease. Please bigger garbage cans.

    Great hotel for the price
    We stayed 2 nights at Heart of Sapa Hotel and everything was perfect. Location is great, right in the middle of the town close to many restaurants. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff were amazing, they facilitated a late check in at 1.30am. Anna gave us plentiful info on things to do in the area and helped us book a trekking tour & bus to Hanoi. They even allowed us to use the shower post trekking after we had checked out! Breakfast was nice, extensive menu of eggs & pancake options to choose from. Overall I could not fault this hotel for the price. I would recommend and stay here again.

    Staff were friendly and accommodating, esp. to breakfast requests outside timeframes. Basic but good and with fruit and nice coffee. Also organised a bike hire through them through someone else. Think it was pricey but same all around Sapa (note that a day rental everywhere in Sapa is not 24h. It's literally that singular day, so get a bike in the morning to make the most of it). Room with 2 windows / balcony bit. Bed wasn't hard! Lots of food and markets close by and main drag not too far. Gym about 15min walk with reasonable drop in rate. They were able to organise our taxi to the bus station last minute as no grab around Sapa.

    Little bit of touch ups would do the place well. Bottom stairs can smell a bit like food. Down street where people drive constantly so it's pretty loud but later at night it settles down.

    The welcoming was great, made you feel at home right away. Family owed and on location.

    We arrived in Sapa at 4.30am. We liaised with the staff in advance and the front desk receptionist was there to welcome us in the middle of the night, and they let us check out later the following day, without additional charge. Very nice family owned hotel, the staff is extremely nice and willing to help. Breakfast was very tasty. We had a room with the mountains view which was very scenic.
