Excellent staff.

Staff are excellent. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was good.

We had a lot of noise from both the street and the hallway.

Exceptional

Amazing

It was really close to the centre of sapa, staff were friendly and they had heated mattress in the rooms! They even gave us a free drink of hot chocolate while we were waiting for the overnight bus!

Very poor

Coldest hotel room I have ever stayed in

The staff left the key to the room at reception so when we got in at 2am we could go to the room which was good. The staff member was nice the next morning and booked us a taxi

I cannot emphasise enough how cold the room was. There was no heater, which I could not believe. We were genuinely freezing all night, it was just such an uncomfortable night. The hot water went freezing after about 30 seconds so we couldnt even heat up in the shower.

Superb

Staff was very helpful and made breakfast to take away when we had to wake up early. They even allowed us to have a shower ik the afternoon after we checked out.
