Unique, quirky place. Nice location and great views.

Cool, unique place. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views. The owners were super helpful. No English but happy to chat via Google translate. Let me check in immediately when I arrived early, and hang around the terrace reading long after checkout until it was time to go for my bus, and even offered to drop me at the bus stop. Location is good, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and very quiet at night. WiFi was fast though no security (use a VPN).

Water pressure in the shower was very low, and lighting around the bed could be improved.

Nice place to stay in, but dont expect a lot

The rooms were good, although the staff did not know English at all, they were very kind and careful. They were very nice and let us keep the bags while we traveled in Sapa even after check out.

No one of the staff know English. It was tough because every request (towels, breakfast) requires using Google Translate. In addition, it was a bit far from the city center considered to other hotels, and has no special view due to a hotel that blocks the view from the homestay. Breakfast was minimal - egg sandwich, coffee for extra fee.
