The location is good and bed comfortable

We were three adults and one 11 year old and booked a family room. When booking we weren't told that the hotel was undergoing renovation and the building they were using was not what we signed up for. We had been there before, in the main hotel, a few months earlier. No mini fridge like in the other building so our child could not get their medicine which must be stored in a fridge. The bathroom was so tiny and when sitting on the toilet the shower door was pressed heavily against our bodies. Tiny clothes rack which stored only two jackets. Lack of information all around, regarding renovation, no information about services, check out time, when breakfast was served, if dinner was available and on wifi. When I asked about check out time I got an attitude from the one in the reception saying that the information was on the booking website. Breakfast was very underwhelming and vegan options were almost non existent. We travel to Bergen on a regular basis and it's safe to say that we won't be booking there again.

Great value for excellent stay!

Very affordable and nicely decorated. Room was small but functional. Very clean bed comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a nice variety of foods. Very impressed.

Close to harbour. Fabulous breakfast included!!

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. At the end of a long day of travel, when everything is closed, this is exactly what we needed.

A good location with very helpful staff and superb breakfast.

Breakfast was a fantastic and very generous spread of Norwegian, continental and English cooked breakfast. Very helpful luggage storage and reception rang a taxi for us that was very reasonably priced. Thank you. Also explained a flat route to the Hurtigruten cruise terminal

Could not open windows in one building of the hotel, but when we stayed second time in different building - windows could be opened.
