    We loved and enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!
    Housekeeping was quick to provide us supplies we needed and changed our towels every day. The front service desk staff were nice. All the staff actually were nice and accommodating. Our rooms got ready before the standard check in time.
    Theres bit of a problem on the Christmas eve dinner. Its first come first served basis even when the hotel guests made a reservation.

    All of my wife's family had big smiles on their faces the whole time. This made me very happy!!
    I had a very large family needing 5 rooms and the staff handled this very well and all were happy. Thank you to Ms Lucky who took charge of our large group to make our stay wonderful.
    The pool towel policy got confusing with over 26 family members in my sets of rooms. It was difficult for people new to resort vacations to keep track of these things.

    Great but for the price could have been better.
    The location and the room we got with pool access was great.
    The buffet. The breakfast was terrible unless you enjoy strictly meat and seafood. As a vegetarian/ vegan couple, you would expect at least a few options given its a 5 star resort and youre lying a premium. We stayed at several 5 stars all over Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia and were never met with such an underwhelming spread. Also, all of the premade foods that were under the heat lamps were cold. Ie. The eggs, pancakes, waffles and French toast. Fruit was over ripe, falling apart, borderline bad.

    It was a bad experience knowing I was double charged from our stay there.
    I just like the room that was accessible to the pool.
    Expectation vs.Reality. The expectation was high knowing it is a 5 star hotel.When we arrived I expected a welcome drinks or food from them just like any 5 star hotels that we checked in at panglao during our holidays but nothing was offered to us.During our first night we saw a cockroach outside of our room.After we ate our dinner we saw again another cockroach inside our washroom.From there we already called the attention of the front desk,action was made.That first night when we were enjoying the pool which was accessible to directly from our room,I saw water drops coming from the aircon. We called the front desk again for the maintenance to fix the AC.Rediculous right from what we expect.The second night we hear from our room barks from dogs and voices of cats.If you would ask me if I will stay again in this hotel for the next holiday,I dont think soooo.
