We booked a superior room with ocean view, but the view to the ocean was limited. We saw a big wall from another room.
The worst was a girl from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant for the Christmas dinner. She said you have a table inside. We asked her kindly to put a table an extra table outside, but she said NO, this is not possible. We got table against the wall with the ice cold air conditioning on our back. We saw there were only 3 tables occupied inside. Nobody wanted to sit inside, because it was too cold. After begging for a table outside they finally gave us a table outside. The the most incredible thing happened 5 minutes later an American couple came and the had a table inside also and they said we want a table outside and the girls from the staff answered Yes of, course no problem. We will put a table in the garden so you can enjoy the show we were so angry and disappointed about the staff. Discriminating customers. Unbelievable.
Next day at breakfast we noticed they only had ice tea and no juices and I asked if I could get an orange juice or apple juice and the said I had to pay for that. In a 5 stars hotel customers have to pay extra for a juice ?
We were not really happy with the staff from F&B.
