Cleanliness Falls Short

We had arrived quite late at the location as our flight was significantly delayed. But the host is extremely helpful and stayed up for us. I would say I really liked interacting with the host, even though it was a brief interaction, he was friendly & helpful.

Regrettably, our stay at Heritage Villa was marred by subpar cleanliness. Toiletries, notably the soap, were tainted with hair, prompting doubts about room hygiene. The bed sheets, lacking freshness, added to the disappointment. Additionally, the exchange rate offered by the host was the worst we encountered during our entire trip. A revisit to cleanliness protocols and fair currency exchange practices is essential for an improved guest experience.

Good value for money, spacious, great host

The room is equipped with everything you need for a night: a bed, a shower, a clothes rack, AC, fan, towels. Room and bathroom are super spacious. The owner was helpful and nice in all possible ways and super responsive on the phone. When I couldnt find the entrance on arrival I called him and he led the way. He also gave me perfect recommendations what to do on my only evening in Colombo. The location is conveniently located.
