Wonderful hotel and amazing breakfasts!

The Colombo Villa is well located and neat and clean in a lovely old house. We loved the spacious room and friendly staff. The Sri Lankan breakfast was exceptional!

Not a pleasent experience.

The multitasking person called Senaka tried his best to make our stay comfortable. He was willing to address all our needs with a full smile on his face. Senakas service is the best thing I liked about the property.

We were allocated the Deluxe Family Room (Jak) and it was stinky as hell. The smell was so strong to a point that it was almost like suffocating us. In my entire life, this was the most stinkiest room i came across in an accommodation. I checked in around 4am in the morning after 24hrs flying and i was devastated to find the condition of this room. The manager couldnt provide any suitable alternative.

Great place for kids situated in a perfect spot in Colombo!

The villa is located in a perfect spot, close to several restaurants (fine dining and casual dining). The room was much bigger than we expected and the kids enjoyed the ample space available in the room. What made the villa special was the amenities available for kids (swimming pool, fussball, board games etc.) Its a very cute space overall at such a reasonable price. If we were to visit Colombo again, this place would definitely be my first pick. The staff was very warm and accommodating..Impressed with Sri Lankan hospitality!

Nothing..Everything was just tailored to match our expectations!

It was located close to city centre.. the museum, indpendence square etc.. Breakfast was good and staff were helpfull..

Water pressure in the shower was weak, especially with hot water.. A/c in the room located in one corner, took time to cool down and there was no fan in the room either to manage till that time..

Friendly place to stay, clean, perfect location, quiet place in hectic city centre.

Location is perfect , nearby many places to visit , in our case only one minute walking from Lional Wendt Art concert hall. Therefore they have bicycles available to reach most places you want to visit within minutes without need to negotiate endless with 3wheelers or taxi's in the extremely busy traffic. Appreciated parking place in their garage.
