Lovely helpful staff for a busy modern hotel.

A modern hotel in a good location with a great breakfast. Rooms are great even though we couldnt get an upgrade.

Very good

Really well located, in a short walking distance from Guggenheim and the old town. Comfortable and clean rooms and beds! Pets allowed. Reception staff and breakfast were good as well!

The pet fee was the highest I've ever experienced: 25 per night! Usually, if there even is one, the fee is between 5-10. They also have a size limit and only allow dogs until 15 kilos. This should could be better communicated in the booking -site as we didn't realize to consult the hotel separately regarding this, as usually hotels don't have any restrictions regarding the size. Parking and the pet bring 50 more to pay on top of the room and breakfast per each day, so just to be prepared for that.

very friendly staff, clean spacious and tasteful room, great breakfast

Room was very hot (it was winter so heating had been on), the cold setting didn't really do the job to cool the room down so just slept with window open (which was fine since we were not at the road side)

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on

We were no informed about the one mode Central unit. So woke up to a pool of sweat on the first day! Even though it was winter, it was only 15 degrees Celsius in Bilbao so the room was hot with no AC/fan, they had only the option of central heating. The only way to sleep is with the windows open. That was equally uncomfortable because the street was noisy.

Room is fine. Staff is polite.

Breakfast could have more variety. It is a bit borrowing. Everyday the same.. not too big choice. The average they put nowadays in hotels of 3/4 stars

The location is great! The staff are super nice and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. The room was quite spacious + the coffee machine.

It was a bit too hot and stuffy in the room.

Not well isolated in term of noise. Very thin walls. No socket next to your bed. Very very warm at night, despite turning off the heater.

Beautiful, modern hotel with stunning view

The hotel's exterior was unique and stunning, could spot it from afar. It was modern and clean inside. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean, contemporary and well furnished. The little balcony area had a STUNNING view of the river Nervion and the Zubizuri bridge with a lovely couch and footstool to sit and relax. The bathroom was modern and had shampoo and shower gel. There were his and hers sinks, and body lotion also provided which is always a nice touch! Water and glasses were provided at the hotel entrance. They added a lovely touch giving us some pastries and a note in the room to congratulate me on a special occasion. Location was great, a few minutes' walk to the hustle and bustle of the centre of town and under 5 mins walk to the tram stop. Bus stop to airport a few mins walk away. Highly recommend and I would stay here again if I returned to Bilbao.
